Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details for your convenience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States. FemClarity™ does not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
- FemClarity™ supplements are intended for personal use only and not for resale. Orders flagged for suspicious or bulk purchasing patterns may be canceled at our discretion.
Order Issues or Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Wait 24 hours, as packages may be marked “delivered” early by carriers.
- Check with neighbors or your local postal carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@femclarity.com. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing an order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund unless the package is returned to us.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.
